In-App Purchase & Refund Policy

All purchases of virtual coins or digital items in Aura Party Live are final and non-refundable.
Coins are credited to your account immediately after purchase and can be used instantly.
Recipients of virtual coins received as a gift can exchange and/or withdraw immediately. This is also the reason why refunds cannot be issued.
Once coins are used, it is not possible to deduct them from your account, so a refund cannot be issued.
Refund requests through Google Play, Stripe, or any other payment provider will not be accepted due to the nature of the virtual items.
Abuse of the refund system may result in account suspension or removal of purchased coins.
By purchasing coins, you agree to these terms.
